Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with Standard Delivery, Standard Delivery Registered, Regular Parcel + tracking(or eParcel or Envelope) and Regular Parcel + signature(or eParcel). There is no insurance for eParcel. If you prefer delivery by Australia Post with required express or insurance or extra cover for (loss or damage). If you prefer delivery by Australia Post with required Express or extra cover for (loss or damage). An additional cost will be applied, So please contact us support@mxmee.com.au before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online except International Airmail and Registered Post International.
Postage ; Postage cost include handling fee and Shipping fee. Handling fee are fixed $20, whereas transport fees
vary according to total cube weight of the shipment and the shipping rate all same wide of Australia .
We advise you to group your items in one order.We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately,
and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special postage combination with normal postage. We choose
the normal post the parcel. Australia post doesn't provide tracking for domestic standard delivery and

Parts Condition :
Used : It's second hand and remove fr0m working TV and tested via our qualified technician. There
may be rust on the metal on the board . But. All working condition.
Used or New(Never used): Dependind on the stock. Used and New(Never used) is same price for sale. The used sale first.
But. New(Never used) haven’t got original packing. Some board may be looking like used one.
Because. Store too long time. Most Panasonic parts. Depends on stock . You can ask me whether
it is used or new.
New(Never used) : It's new one.But. New(Never used) haven’t got original packing. Some board may be looking like

Refurbished : The PCB board has serviced and tested via our qualified technician. If you can't make sure your PCB
board or one connect box has faulty or not. You can send to me for test and get result. If got result PCB
board or one connect box has faulty and you don't like fixed it or replaced it. Will charge inspection fee
$50 and postage $20-$30 to send it back.
Change over : The changeover service. I don't check you send the faulty board and straight away
send the refurbished board. if you request to check the faulty board and doesn't
find any issue via our qualified technician. Charge inspection fee $50 and postage $20-$30
to send it back.
Image : Website image has been modified. Some important information is enlarged. The board you received,
board color or board serial number may be different from what is listed on the website. This is normal.
As long as the part number is the same it correct . the website photo is we first time got the board take
photo. we can't change site image all the time.
Returns: We don't accept return or exchange . Except . I diagnose your tv problem, We discussed before you buy the parts.

If the PCB purchased fails shortly after, this may be due to an associated item in the adjacent circuitry causing the
failure. Parts must be used on the same make, model and version. There will be no refund. All the parts marked before sent.
Cancel order: If parcel hasn't shipped and paid via Paypal. The cancel fee will change $10 + Paypal original transaction fee.
If paid via bank transfer. The cancel fee will change $10. If parcel has shippped and can't be cancelled the order.
Refund: The " Paypal Policy has been Changed". so. If you purchase the item via Paypal. The item which is out of stock
or faulty. The order will cancelled. We will not charge a fee to process refunds. But the fees from the original
transaction will not be returned.
Paypal : Don't accept Paypal " payment on hold" option. If you choose it. We will cancel the order and full refund
to you. But the fees from the original transaction will not be returned (Paypal charged).
The PayPal fee will be adjusted when capture money.
Warranty: If the board is not functioning and you think was faulty. If you are not a qualified TV technician (TV repair shop's technician)
and you need prove the board wes faulty via a qualified TV technician (TV repair shop's technician) .After contact us and
send it back within 3 days. We will be replaced another one first or refunded (if not replaced). Buyer is responsible for return

All the used parts which we provide 7 days warranty. But. Must the Parts use in Australia's model TVs in Australia.
If someone bring the parts to oversea or use international courier to redirect to oversea. and use in oversea. We don't
provide any warranty. You take at your own risk. I have the right to cancel the order and refund. But the fees from the
original transaction will not be returned (PayPal charge and not refundable).
Notice: Please note these used or new parts from or for Australia model TV. if installed on oversea model TV. We cannot be
held responsible for not working and not compatible and any unforeseen damage.

You must order parts by part number and same brand. not PCB number. The PCB number only for reference.
Most TVs made in china . When you order Main board or T-con board you need check the screen panel number.
Some TV the model number same. But. there are different screen panel in the TV.

IMPORTANT: Horizontal lines on the screen or double picture are virtually NEVER caused by a bad T-con board.
Horizontal lines indicate a defective LCD panel (screen).
When replace Sony main board or T-con board. If got timer and power LED blinking( GREEN AND ORANGE FLASH).
The firmware isn’t compatible. Go to SONY WEB SIDE download “System Software Update “ or
Waiting about 20min until to end. During “System Software Update”,The timer and power LED still blinking and don’t
turn off the power or unplug the USB Storage Device .
Sony " Termination of Software Update " and stop supply Software Updates. So. Some old main board or
T-con board become not compatible when you replace it.
